Moist caramel layer cake infused with homemade salted caramel sauce (made with Fluer De Sel – a gourmet sea salt). Each layer gets a thick coat of the salted caramel sauce and is then topped with caramel buttercream icing. The cake top then gets a pool of the salted caramel sauce. The crunch comes in the form of chopped English toffee pieces (our homemade, of course) in the center layer(s). This cake will become a caramel lover’s favorite after the first bite.
Pictured is a six-inch two-layer cake. We can add a third layer for an additional $5. This can also be made with larger pan sizes (8 & 10 inch). Simply let us know what you want and we will make it happen.
